Karen Poulton

Karen has spent the past 20 years working in Human Resources and has broad expertise in this sector.
Starting her career in Learning & Development, she discovered a passion for Early Careers running and evolving campus, school leaver and Apprenticeship programmes within the Professional Services sector, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cushman & Wakefield and Aviva. In 2019 Karen moved into generalist HR, working within senior HR Business Partnering roles at C Hoare & Co and most recently BlackRock.
Karen has a passion for Diversity, Inclusion and Equality and is a volunteer advisor for the charity “Pregnant.Then.Screwed”, has held Mentor roles for the 30% Club and ran the London Marathon in 2021 to raise money for the charity “ThinkForward” which provides long-term coaching in schools to get young people the support they need to get ready for the world of work.
